L’uguaglianza di genere nell’istruzione in Indonesia: Una revisione sistematica della letteratura sulle tendenze, le sfide e le implicazioni per le politiche pubbliche

L’uguaglianza di genere nell’istruzione rimane una questione cruciale ma ancora insufficientemente sintetizzata in Indonesia, nonostante la crescente attenzione accademica ricevuta negli ultimi anni. Questo studio offre una sintesi sistematica delle ricerche recenti per esaminare le tendenze della ricerca, le sfide strutturali e le implicazioni politiche relative all’uguaglianza di genere nel sistema educativo indonesiano. Una revisione sistematica della letteratura, guidata dal framework PRISMA, è stata condotta utilizzando il database Scopus, portando all’analisi di 58 articoli sottoposti a peer review pubblicati tra il 2020 e marzo 2026. I risultati evidenziano un crescente interesse accademico, sebbene la produzione scientifica rimanga concentrata in alcune grandi università indonesiane. La letteratura evidenzia barriere persistenti, tra cui norme socioculturali patriarcali, disuguaglianze socioeconomiche, pregiudizi di genere nelle pratiche educative e limitazioni istituzionali nell’attuazione di politiche sensibili alla dimensione di genere. Allo stesso tempo, l’istruzione emerge come strumento fondamentale per rafforzare emancipazione, mobilità sociale e partecipazione economica.
