Abstract

Lo studio mira a rivelare le sfide incontrate nella formazione delle soft skills nelle diverse fasi del percorso professionale degli insegnanti degli istituti di istruzione superiore in Kazakistan e Kirghizistan e a sviluppare strategie efficaci per superarle. Lo studio ha utilizzato questionari, interviste, metodi sperimentali e analisi statistiche. La strategia è stata sviluppata in risposta ai risultati del questionario e alle barriere identificate, incentrate sul miglioramento dell’efficacia dell’insegnamento e sulla creazione di competenze flessibili nell'uso delle risorse digitali. L’esperimento ha confermato l’efficacia della strategia, fornendo agli insegnanti criteri chiari per la selezione delle risorse digitali e un ulteriore supporto nelle diverse fasi della carriera. Lo studio apporta un valore pratico, fornendo agli insegnanti una visione dell’efficacia della selezione e dell’uso delle risorse digitali nelle diverse fasi della carriera. I risultati sottolineano la necessità di una formazione mirata per sviluppare la competenza professionale e adattarsi con successo alle dinamiche dell’ambiente educativo.
