Abstract

The research intends to inquire how parents and sons are going to construct their “being a family” through habitual actions of everyday life, where technologies have more and more a very meaningful part. The daily use of TIC (Information and comunication technologies (pc, internet ,mobile); of the edutainment technologies (videogames, Ipod, television entertainment, movies) and of the domestic technologies, that is to say digital objects of daily use (camera and video camera, dvd player, cd player, microwaves oven…) work as detonators of educational interactions through which the members of the family establish, negotiate and ratify rules, norms, roles, identities and individual and collective values.
