This paper presents narrative writing as a tool to evaluate university internship program and students training. In particular, narrative writing allows to evaluate: activities that students have done during the internship; students’ ability to reflect on the experience and integrate it with previous knowledge and skills. Thus, the internship's report becomes an epistemic writing that determines growth of understanding and knowledge. For this reason the internship's report with other evaluation tools allow a better reflexion on the students’ experience.
