Reti di scuole: Essere e fare rete. Una matrice di analisi delle forme, dei processi e delle pratiche delle reti di scuole per l’innovazione pedagogico-didattica

La letteratura evidenzia come le reti di scuole siano un motore di cambiamento e di sviluppo professionale. Tuttavia, nonostante l'interesse crescente per queste forme di collaborazione, esiste una carenza di strumenti analitici che possano supportarne lo sviluppo. Il presente articolo propone una matrice di analisi, concepita all'interno di un progetto di ricerca di dottorato, che offre un approccio sistematico per analizzare le reti di scuole. La matrice, strutturata in quattordici dimensioni, è progettata come strumento di ricerca e di analisi per aiutare le reti a leggere criticamente la propria struttura e i propri processi di funzionamento. Il contributo si configura come un'analisi teorica preliminare ad uno studio empirico che prevede il perfezionamento e la validazione della matrice.
