Abstract

The essay focuses on the problematic aspects rising out the educators' representations about their relationships with parents. Parents’ thoughts and emotions, their claims, their opinion and prejudice represent, for the educators, new complex elements (at times some difficulties) in building up an alliance between the services and the familiar context
