Professionalism in childcare services

This part reports phases and outcomes of an emperical research on the chilhood teachers care perception considering them care work, i.e. with reference to own professionalism in public institutions turned towards chilhood care. Theoretical principle is the care reciprocity in an educational institution in a democratic society.
