Review of the book “Anthropology and Child Development. A Cross-Cultural Reader”

Abstract

The book brings together a number of articles on childhood in various cultural contexts. The contributions regarding theory and method in child development can provide information about the way in which different contexts influence the practice of bringing-up and educating children. A number of perspectives from diverse sectors are included. The collection invites us to reflect on an intercultural level.
