The first part of this article offers three interviews with library managers who have planned and realized public facilities with a multi/intercultural view, meant for children and adults, of Italian or foreign origin. The second part offers several library activities meant to overcome the ‘multicultural bookshelf’ approach and to open up new interculturally-minded educational processes, in collaboration with the many social and training services available locally.Downloads
