Abstract

Summary of the International Conference held on 15 and May 16, 2009 in Verona. An event planned at the end of a Research Project of National Interest (PRIN) designed to detect and promote the practices of education for democratic citizenship in Italian schools, following the guidelines of the Council of Europe on Education for Democratic Citizenship (EDC) and using the methodologies proposed in the "Tool for Quality Assurance of EDC in schools".
